The Parent Body of Old Boys’ Association will be completing its 100th year of existence in 2011. The centenary celebrations are to commence later this year. The Parent Body has always been at hand to assist in fund raising events, admissions, educational activities and the development of sports.

The Old Antonian Sports Club, which function under the patronage of the Parent Body, fields its own cricket team and affords the much-needed advantage to College cricketers to play against club teams. The 'Old Antonians' have performed creditably over the years and have risen from the lower divisions in its early years, to play in one of the premier leagues of cricket today.

The Old Antonians Rugby Football Club also formed under the patronage of the Parent Body in the early 90's, has drawn together some of the greatest Antonian ruggerites of the past to assist in developing the standards of rugby at College level. The success of their efforts was evident a few years ago when College rugby soared to great heights in-inter-school tournaments. They have also organized many social functions such as the 'Antonian Rugby Ball' and a felicitation to Mr. Priyantha Ekanayake, who is the President of Sri Lanka Rugby Federation, and other prominent Antonian ruggerites.

The Parent Body has maintained very close links with its Colombo Branch and together the two Associations have successfully organized many important functions. Featuring prominently amongst these functions were the "Farewell to Rev. Fr. Stephen Abraham and the welcoming of Rev. Fr. Hilarian Fernando as the new Principal", the "felicitation dinner given to Appeal Court Judge Asoka de Silva, Inspector General of Police W.B. Rajaguru and Professor C.Suriyakumaran', the "Felicitation Dinner to Muttiah Muralitharan and Ruwan Kalpage" and the "Felicitation Dinner to Priyantha Ekanayake".
